Happy News! The x-cockfighting roosters from the Corona animal shelter were all saved thanks to several sanctuaries working together! These 3 cuties were adopted by Jorge who transported them to @henharbor, where they are currently being fostered temporarily until they are brought to their forever homes at @heartwoodhaven and @harvest_home ???? Finding adopters for roosters is hard; it's 100 times harder for an older, beat-up rooster from a cockfighting ring. With only two days before his scheduled euthanasia, @adoptabirdnetwork found him a great home with people who love him already. We're happy to assist with his transport. Chin up, li'l buddy!
