View this post on Instagram Happy News! Crow (Poe) Dameron (formally known as Albert Eggstein) was adopted! Crow is a little silkie rooster who was waiting at the @humanesocietypikespeak for a kind person to adopt him. His adopters initially had their hearts set on Gregory Peck from the Denver Animal Shelter. However, upon visiting, they were worried that Gregory might not be the best fit because he was much larger than what the shelter had indicated on his adoption card. . Since they still really wanted to adopt a little bird in need, they looked at ABN's website to see if there were any other birds available for adoption nearby. They came across our listing for Albert, and knew instantly that he was perfect! So they drove straight to the other shelter and adopted Albert that same afternoon. Yay!! ???? . Albert is adjusting wonderfully to his new home, and his new family absolutely adores him! Everything worked out just as it was supposed to!
