Happy update! I've been adopted and now living at my wonderful new home @henharbor! . Faberge (ID #A1701497) came to the Los Angeles East Valley Shelter in May as a stray. He was dumped by his previous owner because he is a rooster. This happens frequently across the United States because roosters are misunderstood, feared and unwanted because they don't lay eggs. Faberge is a favorite among the volunteers at the shelter---he is very friendly, sociable and docile. He even meets and greets with shelter visitors!
