Update: I've been adopted! ???? . Pottstown, PA – Introducing Hawk! Here is what the shelter has to say about Hawk, “Hawk came to us with a deformed foot/leg that gives him a unique method of getting around. His defect doesn’t cause him any pain, and he still enjoys scratching around for bugs and even swimming. Hawk is a sweet boy who enjoys the sunshine and sitting on laps. A perfect addition to any duck family. Hawk is 3 weeks old, and even though we are calling him a "he" we are actually unsure on his gender at this time. He is an Ancona and should mature to bantam size. He is available for adoption to the right family. Because of his special needs, he needs to be in a situation where he is not getting picked on, and also he needs assistance getting out of some situations including pools. If you think you could provide a loving forever home to Hawk, please message us for more information.
