Lily (formally known as Henny) is a sweet little hen who was found abandoned and alone on the streets of Gardena before she was picked up by animal control and brought to the @carsonanimalcarecenter. When @mel_digs saw her at the shelter, she couldn't resist her adorable face, and adopted her on the spot. . However, Lily was not in the best shape. She was very thin, feathers caked in nits and lice, and had a bad case of scaly leg mites. After a trip to the vet and a week of treatment and supportive care, Lily is doing great and is happy to be with a wonderful, loving family who love her very much!! ????????
