Happy News!!! . Rosemary was adopted from OC Animal Services by Cindy Widdall, who took time out of her day to make a special stop at the animal shelter to make sure this little girl is safe! It's clear Rosemary has had a rough past life - she is thin, weak, and not feeling well. Her broken tail feathers and body odor indicate she had probably been kept in a cage, and had not been allowed the ability to dustbathe - cleanse herself, for quite some time.
