Baby Chicks!

Baby chicks! photo
Philadelphia, PA – There are 800 little baby (one week old) chicks who are in urgent need of good homes! They are a Cornish cross breed, and the sexes are unknown. They were rescued from a horrible situation and are currently being housed at the Pennsylvania SPCA, and are expected to be cleared for adoption/rehoming within a few days. Please consider opening your heart to them, and providing them a happy, no-kill, forever home they deserve the opportunity to have!
*If you’re interested in adopting any of these sweet birds, please reach out to the Farmed Animal Foster/Rescue Coordinator there, Kelsie Kelly, at or (215) 426-6400 x 205.
*If you adopt them, please let Adopt a Bird Network know!
*Birds cannot be shipped, they must be adopted in person
