Henry Seymour

Henry Seymour photo
Methuen, MA - Introducing Henry Seymour (ID A395407)! Henry is a unique looking guy! He was found as a stray so his exact breeding is unknown but he appears to have some silkie in him as he has extra toes! Henry is lower on the pecking order in our bachelor flock so he could do well as the only rooster in a flock or as an additional rooster to a large flock with a dominant rooster. He is a little nervous around people but that means he respects your personal space and is easy to work around. He would make a perfect house rooster and/or addition to your flock of hens, or addition to your bachelor flock! Read up on this amazingly wonderful new trend that has started increasing in popularity since more and more people have realized how much fun roosters are - http://www.poultrydvm.com/featured-infographic/tips-for-keeping-bachelor-flocks. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!

*If you adopt him, please let Adopt a Bird Network know!

*Birds cannot be shipped, they must be adopted in person.
