Methuen, MA - Introducing Brian Seymour! Brian (ID A396143) is your typical Rhode Island Red rooster – he’s beautiful and he knows it! Brian is a younger guy, the shelter estimates that he’s under a year old, but he’s already figured out how to keep his bachelor flockmates in line and he does so very respectfully. He was found as a stray so while we don’t know how he does living with hens, we suspect that he would do fabulously having his own flock! He’s polite around people and is easy to work and clean around. He would make a perfect house rooster and/or addition to your flock of hens, or addition to your bachelor flock! Read up on this amazingly wonderful new trend that has started increasing in popularity since more and more people have realized how much fun roosters are - http://www.poultrydvm.com/featured-infographic/tips-for-keeping-bachelor-flocks. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
