Kanab, UT - Introducing Taggart! Taggart (ID BKNB-A-30869) is a handsome, three-year-old pekin who is turning his life around. Animal Control found Taggart wandering around by himself with a severe limp. His caregivers are guessing he never really had access to a pond, so they got him in the water as quick as they could. They've already seen a TON of improvement in his mobility since he arrived because of the hydrotherapy, and he's now ready for his forever pond with his girlfriend, Lucy!
