Piscatella photo
Warwick, NY - Introducing Piscatella! Poor Piscatella was found abandoned in an empty field and left to die. Thankfully, he was found in time and brought to the animal shelter before predators killed him. He was in rough condition with missing feathers when rescued. Fully recovered and ready to join a family of hens, he waits impatiently to be a protector of the flock. He would make a perfect house rooster and/or addition to your flock of hens, or addition to your bachelor flock! Read up on this amazingly wonderful new trend that has started increasing in popularity since more and more people have realized how much fun roosters are - http://www.poultrydvm.com/featured-infographic/tips-for-keeping-bachelor-flocks. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
